Delivery
If the customer sees "Delivered" on the MERMAID'S GLANCE Order/Shipment Tracking Screen, FedEx, DHL, or UPS Screen, this indicates that the Order/Shipment has been delivered to the customer's country from the moment it enters the customer's country. After this point, the "Local Delivery Company" will receive the Order/Shipment and proceed with its delivery to you. A new tracking number will be emailed to the customer to monitor this process. Orders/Shipments are covered by the MERMAID'S GLANCE Guarantee. The delivery process for Orders/Shipments is as follows: Shipments from Istanbul will be delivered to you within 2-5 days, standard shipments from the USA (America) or UK (London) will be delivered within 7-14 days, and expedited shipments will be delivered within 6-10 days. These times do not include the preparation time of the Order/Shipment, which typically takes between 2-5 days.
Please note that these delivery times do not account for weekends or public holidays. Assuming the electronic address provided in the order form is accurate, an automatic electronic message will be sent to the customer once the products are shipped.
Delivery Times and Costs Throughout the ordering process, MERMAID'S GLANCE will inform the customer of potential delivery times and shipping costs based on the selected delivery method. If free shipping is not available, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs in addition to the price of the purchased products. Delivery Terms Packages will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of a valid identity document. In the event of the customer's absence, a delivery notification will be left for the CUSTOMER (via third-party applications) to arrange for the package's collection from the post office.
Delivery Issues It is stipulated that deliveries will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Please note that delivery times do not encompass shipment preparation periods. Should the delivery time exceed 30 days from the handover of the Shipment to the delivery company/courier, the customer reserves the right to dispute the Order. If the Order is still in transit during the dispute resolution, a partial payment will be issued to the customer (equivalent to 20% of the Order amount) upon successful delivery as a result of the dispute. Should the Order not be in transit, the full amount of the Order will be refunded to the customer.
Once the Order has been handed over to the delivery company/courier, the customer cannot cancel the Order. However, if the customer has canceled the Order and it is still in transit, the customer may return it to MERMAID'S GLANCE upon completion of the delivery process.
For Overseas Shipments, MERMAID'S GLANCE and its guarantee are obligated to send the Product/Order/Shipment to the country of sale with the customer's information. Should there be any changes in customs regulations in the customer's country while the Product/Order/Shipment is en route or if the Product/Order/Shipment becomes stuck in customs due to changes in customs regulations, MERMAID'S GLANCE will continue to provide support and guidance to the customer via email. Overseas Orders/Shipments are considered Personal Orders/Shipments. MERMAID'S GLANCE does not offer additional support for the protection/return of the Product/Order/Shipment in such cases, as stated in the Policy to inform the Customer of potential situations.
The customer is responsible for receiving the Order/Shipment as instructed by the Local Delivery Company in order to facilitate the return of the Order/Shipment. Should the customer wish to return an Order originating from the USA or the UK, MERMAID'S GLANCE does not provide additional support for shipment protection in case of issues during the departure of the Order/Shipment from the country or if the Order/Shipment enters the return process after waiting at the Local Delivery Company's Branch.
