Return Policy We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If this happens, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, your item must meet certain criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that for duty-free shipments, the product must adhere to the same return conditions.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@mermaidsglance.com. Please include your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Turkey Customs Regulations For shipments on which duty has been paid by us, we can only accept them on your behalf. Therefore, we are only responsible for additional customs duties for products ordered at your request. Due to customs regulations, products on which duty has been paid cannot be returned. Please ensure to consider this when placing your orders, as return/exchange for duty-paid products is at the discretion of MERMAID'S GLANCE.
