Your MERMAID'S GLANCE order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your shipped product will be delivered to you within 7-13 days. You can check the shipment status at any time using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail.
You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase by providing the return information you request. International shipments are not included in this scope.
Products will be delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation. Personalized and custom-made products can only be returned or exchanged if the delivered product differs from the style you selected during customization.
