CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER? You have a strict 24-hour window from the moment of purchase to cancel or amend your details. After 24 hours, our curation process begins and the logistics network locks. Reversals or cancellations are impossible past this point.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PIECE? Every silhouette requires 2 to 5 business days for quality curation before dispatch. Following dispatch:

• Global Delivery (US, UK, EU): 7 to 15 business days.

• Regional Delivery (Türkiye): 15 to 21 business days.

WILL I PAY SURPRISE CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES? Absolutely not. We take absolute control over borders. All international taxes, customs bureaucracy, and legal duties are handled and paid by us. There are no hidden fees upon delivery. You only receive perfection.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROTOCOL? You may initiate a return for non-intimate pieces within 14 days of delivery. The piece must remain pristine, unwashed, and in its original presentation. The Strict Hygiene Standard: We strictly reject returns on intimate bottoms, thongs, and bodysuits. This uncompromising rule ensures that the piece touching your skin is flawlessly hygienic and exclusively yours.

WHAT IF A PIECE ARRIVES FLAWED? We do not negotiate with flaws or offer partial refunds. If a piece arrives defective, it is urgently replaced with a pristine one. Contact our Client Assistance within 48 hours of delivery with visual proof.

HOW IS THE PIECE PACKAGED? The exterior shipping package is entirely unmarked and discreet. Inside, your piece rests within our signature matte black box and a luxurious satin pouch. Your privacy is absolute.
