When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship worldwide from various logistics centers, delivery times may vary depending on location.
After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–11 business days .
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed. After this time, your order will most likely have been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped. The process is no longer under our control.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; providing prompt service and shipping your order as quickly as possible is our priority.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (malfunction, wrong product, damage, etc.), please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will gladly assist you with the review process.
Please do not return any products before the situation has been assessed. Our customer service team will share the necessary guidance after the review. We reserve the right to refuse return requests.
Important note: If your order is not picked up upon arrival or cannot be delivered because you are not at your address , the shipment may be destroyed according to relevant shipping procedures.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cosmetics, underwear, and lingerie/shapers are final sale items for hygiene reasons; returns are not accepted.
