When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location as we ship worldwide from different logistics centers. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-9 business days after shipping.
How Can I Cancel an Order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of the order being placed. After this, the order is likely already being processed and prepared for dispatch or has already been dispatched. Once this is in effect, it is out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on providing a prompt service, including dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
What is Your Return Policy?
If there is any issue with your order (defective item, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to assist you with the investigation. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed your case, our customer service team will send further instructions after review. We reserve the right to refuse any return requests.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
