1. GLOBAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES Mermaid's Glance utilizes a global supply and curation network. Please review the delivery timeframe applicable to your region:

Global Standard Delivery (US, UK, EU & Rest of World): For our international clientele, your bespoke piece is curated and dispatched to arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

Regional Logistics (Türkiye): Due to current national customs and import regulations in Türkiye, direct international shipping to your door is restricted. To protect you from customs holds and unexpected taxes, your piece is first routed to our Türkiye Headquarters. Here, it undergoes customs clearance, a final quality inspection, and is placed in our signature satin pouch before being dispatched via premium local courier. Because of this localized white-glove service and legal procedures, delivery within Türkiye requires a 15 to 21 business days. * Note: We do not issue refunds for transit durations that fall within these stated delivery windows.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS (THE 24-HOUR WINDOW) From the moment you place your order, you have exactly 24 hours to cancel or amend it. After 24 hours, your order is locked into our international supply network and the logistics process begins. Once global transit is initiated, the order cannot be canceled or reversed under any circumstances.
3. CONDITIONS OF RETURN (14-DAY POLICY) If a non-intimate piece does not resonate with your spirit or fit your form, you have 14 days from the moment of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure the integrity of our collection, returns are accepted strictly under these conditions:

Pristine State: The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.

Original Presentation: All tags must remain securely attached, and the item must be returned in its original premium packaging.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (THE STRICT HYGIENE STANDARD) Due to the intimate nature of our designs and our absolute commitment to global hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following:

Intimate bottoms (panties, thongs) and Bodysuits. (This is our ethical guarantee to you: by refusing returns on these items, we ensure that every single client receives a 100% pristine, unworn, and flawlessly hygienic garment).

Items purchased on "Final Sale" or using Gift Cards.
5. DAMAGES & OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE We believe in honoring your trust. Please inspect your order upon reception. If a piece arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error in our production or logistics, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof. Upon verification, we will urgently dispatch a flawless replacement at absolutely no additional cost to you. We do not leave our clients with defective pieces.
6. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & CUSTOMS Please note that international duties, taxes, and customs fees are strictly non-refundable. If a package is refused at customs by the customer at the destination border, it will be considered abandoned. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for customs-related refusals.
