Shipping policy
THE MERMAID'S GLANCE DELIVERY RITUAL We do not merely ship products; we deliver a carefully curated experience. Because our pieces are sourced globally and subjected to strict quality control, our delivery process is designed around precision, not mass-market haste.
1. PREPARATION & CURATION TIME Before your silhouette begins its journey, it requires 2 to 5 business days for preparation. This includes meticulous quality inspection, bespoke packaging in our signature satin pouch, and logistical dispatch. This preparation time is not included in the estimated transit times below.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES & REGIONAL ROUTES Once dispatched, your piece is fully insured under the Mermaid’s Glance Guarantee.
Global Standard Delivery (US, UK, EU, etc.): 7 to 14 business days.
Regional Delivery (Türkiye Only): Due to strict national customs regulations, orders bound for Türkiye are first routed to our HQ for customs clearance and final quality checks before being dispatched via local premium couriers. Therefore, delivery within Türkiye requires 3 to 4 weeks (up to 30 days).
Note: Weekends and national holidays are excluded from transit estimates.
3. TRACKING YOUR SILHOUETTE You will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking information once your piece leaves our fulfillment center.
The Handover: A status of "Delivered to Local Courier" or "Arrived in Destination Country" means your package has successfully crossed borders and has been handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) for the final mile. You will follow the same tracking number through your local courier's system.
4. STRICT IN-TRANSIT POLICY (NO CANCELLATIONS) As stated in our master manifesto, once an order surpasses the 24-hour cancellation window and enters the international transit network, it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or refunded while in transit.
5. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES & FAILED DELIVERIES (IMPORTANT) All deliveries require a valid address and, in some regions, a signature.
If you are unavailable during delivery, the local courier will leave a notice or update the tracking system for you to collect the package from a local branch.
The Rule of Abandonment: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to claim their package from the local courier. If a package is returned to us, destroyed by the courier, or abandoned at customs because the customer failed to claim it, provided an incorrect address, or refused to pay regional duties (for global orders), Mermaid's Glance will not issue a refund. 6. LOST IN TRANSIT (OUR GUARANTEE) If your tracking has not updated for more than 30 consecutive business days after dispatch, we consider the package lost by the courier. In this rare event, we do not offer cheap partial refunds; we honor our commitment to excellence by urgently dispatching a flawless replacement at no cost to you.
